Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well-blended and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and optional blue cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
