Ingredients:
- 3 medium ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups, mashed)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Stir in melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Add egg, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar; mix until smooth.
- Sprinkle in baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir gently.
- Gradually fold in all-purpose flour until just combined.
- Optional: Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
