Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure its hot when the pizza goes in.
- Prepare Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add olive oil and water; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead briefly until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Roll Out Dough: Divide the dough into two portions.
- On a floured surface, roll out each portion into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
- Assemble the Pizza: Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
