Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure its hot when the pizza goes in.
  2. Prepare Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and water; mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead briefly until smooth (about 1 minute).
  5. Roll Out Dough: Divide the dough into two portions.
  6. On a floured surface, roll out each portion into 1/4 inch thick rounds.
  7. Assemble the Pizza: Transfer dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  9. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni (or preferred toppings).
