Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (150g) mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (60g) crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup (70g) Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine marshmallows, chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.
- Scoop a tablespoon of dough and flatten it slightly.
- Place a tablespoon of the filling in the center and fold the dough over to encase the filling.
- Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the centers are slightly puffy.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
