- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
- In a bowl, combine parsley, dill, thyme, garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice. Mix well to make the herb mixture.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Generously top each salmon fillet with the herb mixture, ensuring even coverage.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
