Ingredients:
- 1.5 pounds (680g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons (56g) unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the shrimp in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the Parmesan cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
