Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds (680g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons (56g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Place the shrimp in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the Parmesan cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
