Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Little Smokies cocktail sausages
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • ½ cup grape jelly
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl or directly in the slow cooker, whisk together the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes until the mixture is a smooth syrup.
  2. Add the cocktail sausages to the slow cooker and stir gently until every sausage is fully coated in the sauce.
  3. Cover with the lid and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or High for 1-2 hours, until the sauce has thickened into a rich glaze.
  4. Give the sausages one final stir to redistribute the thickened sauce before serving.
