Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Little Smokies cocktail sausages
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup grape jelly
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions:
- In a small bowl or directly in the slow cooker, whisk together the BBQ sauce, grape jelly, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes until the mixture is a smooth syrup.
- Add the cocktail sausages to the slow cooker and stir gently until every sausage is fully coated in the sauce.
- Cover with the lid and cook on Low for 3-4 hours or High for 1-2 hours, until the sauce has thickened into a rich glaze.
- Give the sausages one final stir to redistribute the thickened sauce before serving.
