- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional) (12g)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, ground allspice, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Use a whisk or fork to thoroughly combine all the spices until uniform in color and texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired, adding more cayenne for heat or brown sugar for sweetness.
- Transfer the spice blend to an airtight container and label it; store in a cool, dark place.
