Ingredients:
- 2 cups Mature Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C/Gas Mark 5). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a small bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
- Very lightly brush baking sheet.
- Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each pile. Gently flatten each pile slightly with the back of a spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and bubbly around the edges.
- Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to firm up.
- Carefully transfer the baked cheese crisps to a serving plate and serve immediately.
