Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) fresh orange juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice (100% juice)
- 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water or club soda
- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar (adjust to taste)
- Zest of 1 orange (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Thin orange and lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Squeeze the oranges and lemons using a juicer to get fresh juice. Strain the juice to remove seeds or pulp if desired.
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, and cranberry juice.
- Add the sugar (and citrus zest if using) to the juice mixture. Stir until dissolved.
- Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda for fizz.
- Add fresh berries, mint leaves, and citrus slices to the punch. Serve over ice if desired.
