Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (480 ml) fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cranberry juice (100% juice)
  • 2 cups (480 ml) sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Zest of 1 orange (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Thin orange and lemon slices (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Squeeze the oranges and lemons using a juicer to get fresh juice. Strain the juice to remove seeds or pulp if desired.
  2. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, and cranberry juice.
  3. Add the sugar (and citrus zest if using) to the juice mixture. Stir until dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda for fizz.
  6. Add fresh berries, mint leaves, and citrus slices to the punch. Serve over ice if desired.
