Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Premium Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz Cointreau or high-quality Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lime Zest
  • 1 tsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 Lime Wedge

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the outer rim of a rocks glass and dipping it into a mixture of coarse sea salt and lime zest.
  2. Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice and set aside to chill.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the Blanco Tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar (if using).
  4. Fill the shaker to the brim with ice and shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker is frosty.
  5. Double strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice and serve immediately.
