Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (25g)
- 1 cup whole milk (240ml)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5ml)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until well blended.
- Gradually add 1/4 cup of milk to the dry mixture, whisking to form a smooth paste with no lumps.
- If desired, heat the rest of the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Slowly pour the chocolate mixture into the remaining milk while whisking continuously until completely combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract for added depth of flavor.
- Pour the chocolate milk into glasses and enjoy immediately.
