Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) sour cream (regular or reduced-fat)
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise (preferably full-fat)
- ½ cup (120 g) salsa (mild, medium, or hot based on preference)
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) salt
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lime juice (freshly squeezed, optional for added tang)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add the sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix together until smooth and fully combined.
- Stir in the salsa of your choice and combine well.
- Mix in the Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Optionally, add lime juice for extra tanginess.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
