Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.5 cup whole milk, cold
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 5 large Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 6 full-size Snickers candy bars (1.86 oz each), chopped
  • 0.5 cup salted peanuts
  • 0.25 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Place 8 oz softened cream cheese in a bowl. Beat until silky and free of all lumps.
  2. Sprinkle 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix over the cream cheese. Beat at low speed until just combined.
  3. Add 0.5 cup cold whole milk gradually. Beat until thick and smooth.
  4. Add 8 oz thawed whipped topping. Fold gently using a spatula until no white streaks remain.
  5. Dice 5 large Granny Smith apples into half inch cubes. Chop 6 Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Add the apples, chopped Snickers, and 0.5 cup salted peanuts to the cream base.
  7. Use your spatula to lift the cream from the bottom over the apples. Fold until every piece is coated in velvety cream.
  8. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle 0.25 cup caramel sauce over the top. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
