Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 0.5 cup whole milk, cold
- 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 5 large Granny Smith apples, diced
- 6 full-size Snickers candy bars (1.86 oz each), chopped
- 0.5 cup salted peanuts
- 0.25 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Place 8 oz softened cream cheese in a bowl. Beat until silky and free of all lumps.
- Sprinkle 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix over the cream cheese. Beat at low speed until just combined.
- Add 0.5 cup cold whole milk gradually. Beat until thick and smooth.
- Add 8 oz thawed whipped topping. Fold gently using a spatula until no white streaks remain.
- Dice 5 large Granny Smith apples into half inch cubes. Chop 6 Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces.
- Add the apples, chopped Snickers, and 0.5 cup salted peanuts to the cream base.
- Use your spatula to lift the cream from the bottom over the apples. Fold until every piece is coated in velvety cream.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle 0.25 cup caramel sauce over the top. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
