Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and whole milk.
- Add granulated sugar and whisk until fully dissolved.
- Stir in vanilla extract and scraped seeds from the vanilla bean.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
- Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Once frozen
- Process until creamy.
- If desired
- Scoop out servings and enjoy immediately, or transfer to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
