Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and whole milk.
  2. Add granulated sugar and whisk until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and scraped seeds from the vanilla bean.
  4. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
  5. Pour the chilled mixture into the Ninja Creami container.
  6. Secure the lid and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  7. Once frozen
  8. Process until creamy.
  9. If desired
  10. Scoop out servings and enjoy immediately, or transfer to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
