Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • 0.5 Fresh Lemon

Instructions:

  1. Wash the asparagus and find the natural snap point near the bottom of one spear. Line up the rest and slice the woody ends off at that level. Pat the spears completely dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until every spear is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Arrange the spears in a single layer in the air fryer basket to ensure proper air circulation.
  5. Air fry for 4 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  6. Shake the basket or using tongs to rotate the spears.
  7. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Freshly Grated Parmesan over the spears.
  8. Roast for an additional 3 minutes until the tips are charred and the cheese is crackling.
  9. Remove from the air fryer and immediately squeeze 0.5 Fresh lemon over the hot asparagus before serving.
