- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (2.5ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.25ml)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1.25ml)
- Optional: Red pepper flakes, to taste
Instructions:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the broccoli florets. This is crucial for crispiness!
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Ensure florets are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer (if required - check your model's instructions). Place the broccoli florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the broccoli is tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish and serve hot.
