Ingredients:

  • 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 oz white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
  • Optional: Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Repeat the melting process with white chocolate chips until smooth.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer and swirl with a toothpick or skewer.
  6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint evenly over the top and optionally add a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
  8. Once set, remove from the fridge and break into pieces using your hands or a knife.
