Ingredients:
- 16 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
- Optional: Sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer about ¼ inch thick.
- Repeat the melting process with white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the semi-sweet layer and swirl with a toothpick or skewer.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint evenly over the top and optionally add a light sprinkle of sea salt.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
- Once set, remove from the fridge and break into pieces using your hands or a knife.
