Instructions:
- Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar in the saucepan.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring regularly.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
