Ingredients:
- ½ cup (120 ml) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tablespoons (30-45 ml) chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) smoked paprika
- Salt to taste (about ¼ teaspoon or 1 g)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream (or Greek yogurt).
- Stir in the finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
- Add lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to taste.
- Whisk or stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning or chipotle peppers according to your preference.
- Transfer the sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
