Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions:

  1. Pop the corn using an air-popper or microwave, then immediately transfer to a large mixing bowl and toss with fine sea salt.
  2. Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between intervals, until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the melted chocolate glaze over the salted popcorn while tossing gently with a spatula.
  4. Quickly fold in the mini pretzels, roasted salted peanuts, and mini marshmallows.
  5. Spread the mix onto a baking sheet for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set and ensure a crisp texture.
