Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups (170g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp (30ml) milk
- 1 clove (5g) garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp (3g) smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 2 tbsp (15g) fresh chives, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt, stirring with a rubber spatula until smooth and lump-free.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and milk until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into an 8-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are bubbly, the center is slightly jiggly, and the top is light golden-brown.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with freshly chopped chives before serving.
