  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) adobo sauce (from canned chipotle peppers)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup (240ml) ketchup
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and measuring tools.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  4. In a new bowl, mix Greek yogurt, adobo sauce, lime juice, and smoked paprika.
  5. Whisk until smooth and adjust with salt to taste.
  6. Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  7. Whisk together until well blended and season with black pepper.
  8. Refrigerate each sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
