- 1/2 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) adobo sauce (from canned chipotle peppers)
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lime juice
- 1 teaspoon (5g) smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup (240ml) ketchup
- 1/4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and measuring tools.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Add dill, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- In a new bowl, mix Greek yogurt, adobo sauce, lime juice, and smoked paprika.
- Whisk until smooth and adjust with salt to taste.
- Combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Whisk together until well blended and season with black pepper.
- Refrigerate each sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
