Instructions:

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and egg, and mix until smooth; set aside.

  4. Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
