Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons (60ml) extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon (5g) red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Peel and devein the prawns, pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced garlic to the hot oil and cook until golden and fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the prawns, seasoning with red pepper flakes and salt.
- Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, or until prawns are pink and opaque.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges.
