Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Corn Chex (Certified Gluten-Free)
  • 3 cups Rice Chex (Certified Gluten-Free)
  • 2 cups gluten-free pretzels, slightly broken
  • 1 cup gluten-free cheddar crackers
  • 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (GF certified)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, gluten-free pretzels, and cheddar crackers, tossing gently.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until a uniform emulsion forms. Pour the glaze over the cereal mixture and fold carefully with a spatula until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the mix in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until the mix smells toasted and the glaze is absorbed. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the pan.
