- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
- Salt, to taste (about ½ teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (5 ml) for sweetness (optional)
- Fresh chopped herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Use a whisk to blend until smooth.
- Add sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to the bowl. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Sample the sauce and adjust seasoning to taste, adding more sriracha for heat or a touch of honey for sweetness.
- For best flavor, allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. The sauce can be stored for up to two weeks.
