Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (240 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (15 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (2 g)
  • Salt, to taste (about ½ teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (5 ml) for sweetness (optional)
  • Fresh chopped herbs (like parsley or cilantro) for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Use a whisk to blend until smooth.
  2. Add sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt to the bowl. Whisk thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Sample the sauce and adjust seasoning to taste, adding more sriracha for heat or a touch of honey for sweetness.
  4. For best flavor, allow the sauce to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate. The sauce can be stored for up to two weeks.
