Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (8g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (4g) fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp (4g) fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Finely mince the parsley, dill, and chives. Grate or mince the garlic into a fine paste to ensure flavor is evenly distributed.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the oil is fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chopped herbs, garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until the dip is a consistent pale green color. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
  4. Optional: Chill the dip for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
