Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp (8g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (4g) fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp (3g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Finely mince the parsley, dill, and chives. Grate or mince the garlic into a fine paste to ensure flavor is evenly distributed.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and the oil is fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped herbs, garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until the dip is a consistent pale green color. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
- Optional: Chill the dip for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld.
