Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Coarse sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried herbs.
- Add olive oil and water to the dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll the dough out to approximately 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes with a pizza cutter or knife.
- Place the shaped crackers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Prick the tops of the crackers with a fork for even baking.
- Brush lightly with olive oil; sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crackers are golden brown and crisp.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack; serve with your favorite soup.
