Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Place the Greek yogurt into the mixing bowl. Using your whisk, stir the yogurt for 30 seconds until it is completely smooth and any clumps from the container are eradicated.
  2. Drizzle the honey and the vanilla extract directly into the center of the yogurt.
  3. Gently whisk the ingredients together using a folding motion. Stop as soon as the sweetener is fully incorporated and the dip looks uniform in color.
