Ingredients:

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
  • ½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank

  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  2. Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. Let the sauce cool slightly before using. It can be used immediately or stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
