Ingredients:
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (115 g)
- ½ cup hot sauce (e.g., Frank

- ¼ cup brown sugar, packed (50 g)
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (30 ml)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, brown sugar, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Let the sauce cool slightly before using. It can be used immediately or stored in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to one week.
