Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240ml) Mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon (5ml) Sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) Garlic powder
- Optional: 1 tablespoon (15ml) Gochujang
- Optional: Pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, Sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder (and Gochujang/cayenne, if using).
- Whisk all ingredients together until completely smooth and evenly combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings as needed. Add more Sriracha for heat, soy sauce for saltiness, or rice vinegar for tang.
- For optimal flavour melding, cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Transfer the Spicy Mayo to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
