Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200g) packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup (100g) granulated white sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (5g) baking soda
- ½ tsp (3g) salt
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup (100g) salty pretzels, roughly chopped
- ¾ cup (40g) potato chips, crushed
- ¾ cup (130g) butterscotch or caramel chips
Instructions:
- Beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and white sugar on medium-high for about 2-3 minutes until pale and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until the mixture is velvety and cohesive.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients on low speed, mixing only until the last streaks of flour disappear.
- Using a rubber spatula, gently fold in the chocolate chips, chopped pretzels, potato chips, and caramel chips, rotating the bowl to ensure even distribution without over-working the dough.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
