  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2-3 cloves)
  • ¼ cup (60g) blue jam (blueberry or blueberry-lemon jam recommended)
  • Salt, to taste (start with ½ teaspoon)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic until fully incorporated.
  4. Add the blue jam and mix until evenly blended.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper, tasting as you go.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour for flavors to meld.
