- ¼ cup (60g) blue jam (blueberry or blueberry-lemon jam recommended)
- Salt, to taste (start with ½ teaspoon)
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Instructions:

- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the minced garlic until fully incorporated.
- Add the blue jam and mix until evenly blended.
