Ingredients:
- 2 cups (340g) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz or 396g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups (150g) pretzels, crushed
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (for drizzle)
- Additional pretzel pieces for garnish
Instructions:
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal (optional).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed pretzels and melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle and press the pretzel mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the melted chocolate fudge over the pretzel layer, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the additional chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge. Add extra pretzel pieces on top for garnish.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
