Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (340g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz or 396g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (150g) pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup (90g) chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • Additional pretzel pieces for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Line the baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal (optional).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully melted. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed pretzels and melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle and press the pretzel mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate fudge over the pretzel layer, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the additional chocolate chips and drizzle over the fudge. Add extra pretzel pieces on top for garnish.
  6. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
