Instructions:

- Whisk until well combined.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks or rounds.
- Place the carrots in a food storage container or jar.
- Pour the marinade over the carrots, ensuring they are fully submerged.
- Seal the container or cover the jar tightly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for deeper flavor).
