  1. Chill Glasses: Place the serving glasses (Hurricane or tall Collins) in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. This is essential for maintaining the frozen consistency.
  2. Prep Simple Syrup: If not using pre-made syrup, quickly combine equal parts sugar and hot water until dissolved, then cool immediately.
  3. Combine Daiquiri Ingredients: Add 3 fl oz of Rum, 1 cup of Frozen Strawberries, 1 fl oz of Fresh Lime Juice, and 1 fl oz of Simple Syrup into the blender jug.
  4. Blend Daiquiri: Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thick, achieving a consistency similar to soft-serve ice cream.
  5. Hold Daiquiri: Immediately pour the Daiquiri mix into a separate container and place it into the freezer while you prepare the Piña Colada base.
  6. Clean Blender: Thoroughly rinse the blender jug to prevent the red strawberry residue from staining the white Colada mix.
  7. Combine Colada Ingredients: Add the remaining 3 fl oz of Rum, 3 fl oz of Cream of Coconut, 1 cup of Frozen Pineapple, and 1/2 fl oz of Fresh Lime Juice to the clean blender.
