Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
- Use a whisk or fork to combine until smooth.
- Taste and season with salt and black pepper to preference.
- Gently fold in the blueberry preserves until evenly mixed.
- For enhanced flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
- Just before serving, garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
