Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup blueberry preserves

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to combine until smooth.
  3. Taste and season with salt and black pepper to preference.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberry preserves until evenly mixed.
  5. For enhanced flavor, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Just before serving, garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
