Ingredients:

- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon salt (preferably sea salt)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground coriander.
- Use a whisk or fork to combine the ingredients until well mixed and uniform in color.
- Transfer the Greek seasoning blend to an airtight container and seal well.
- Label the container with the name of the blend and the date. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
