Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon salt (preferably sea salt)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and ground coriander.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to combine the ingredients until well mixed and uniform in color.
  3. Transfer the Greek seasoning blend to an airtight container and seal well.
  4. Label the container with the name of the blend and the date. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
