Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with 'The Mother')
  • 1 cup Lukewarm Filtered Water
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Raw Honey
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Warm the water. Heat 1 cup filtered water until it is lukewarm (about 105°F). Note: If it's too hot to touch comfortably, it's too hot for the vinegar enzymes.
  2. Prep the ginger. Grate 1/2 tsp fresh ginger directly into your glass. Note: Catch any juice that runs off the grater; that's liquid gold.
  3. Emulsify the honey. Add 1/2 tsp raw honey to the warm water. Stir for 30 seconds until completely clear.
  4. Add the acids. Pour in 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Watch the liquid turn slightly cloudy.
  5. Season the mix. Add 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt and 1 pinch cayenne pepper.
  6. Whisk vigorously. Use your small whisk or frother to blend everything together. Look for a small foam layer on top.
  7. Final Check. Ensure no salt or ginger clumps remain at the bottom of the glass.
  8. Drink immediately. Sip slowly while it is still warm to get the full sensory experience.
