Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (with 'The Mother')
- 1 cup Lukewarm Filtered Water
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1/2 tsp Raw Honey
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
Instructions:
- Warm the water. Heat 1 cup filtered water until it is lukewarm (about 105°F). Note: If it's too hot to touch comfortably, it's too hot for the vinegar enzymes.
- Prep the ginger. Grate 1/2 tsp fresh ginger directly into your glass. Note: Catch any juice that runs off the grater; that's liquid gold.
- Emulsify the honey. Add 1/2 tsp raw honey to the warm water. Stir for 30 seconds until completely clear.
- Add the acids. Pour in 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Watch the liquid turn slightly cloudy.
- Season the mix. Add 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt and 1 pinch cayenne pepper.
- Whisk vigorously. Use your small whisk or frother to blend everything together. Look for a small foam layer on top.
- Final Check. Ensure no salt or ginger clumps remain at the bottom of the glass.
- Drink immediately. Sip slowly while it is still warm to get the full sensory experience.
