Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups vanilla wafer cookies

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Add vanilla extract and whip until soft peaks form.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas into thin rounds.
  4. Begin with a layer of vanilla wafers at the bottom of the dish.
  5. Spoon a layer of cream mixture over the wafers.
  6. Add a layer of banana slices.
  7. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cream on top.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
