Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup (110g) honey
  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a smooth, velvety paste.
  2. Fold in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir until the oats are completely coated in the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a sweeping motion to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a smooth spherical ball. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
