Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (110g) honey
- 1 cup (90g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (90g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is a smooth, velvety paste.
- Fold in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt. Stir until the oats are completely coated in the peanut butter mixture.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a sweeping motion to ensure they are evenly distributed.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it between your palms to form a smooth spherical ball. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
