Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (125g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup (110g) honey
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 2 cups (180g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (85g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine the peanut butter, honey, and salt in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is fluid, then stir until the texture is velvety and smooth.
- Fold in the rolled oats, stirring until every oat is fully coated and glistening.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips or dried fruit until evenly distributed.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and press down firmly with a spatula to remove air gaps.
- Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Lift the set mixture by the parchment paper and slice into 12 even rectangles.
