Ingredients:

  • 1 large flour tortilla (approx. 70g)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (32g)
  • 1.5 tbsp grape or strawberry jelly (30g)
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon (2g)

Instructions:

  1. Place the tortilla on a flat, microwave safe plate.
  2. Apply 2 tbsp peanut butter to the center, leaving a 2 inch border.
  3. Dollop 1.5 tbsp jelly directly on top of the peanut butter layer.
  4. Sprinkle 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon evenly over the spreads.
  5. Bring the bottom third of the tortilla up over the filling.
  6. Fold both the left and right sides toward the center, overlapping them slightly.
  7. Roll the tortilla forward to create a tight, rectangular pocket.
  8. Microwave on high for 30 seconds until the wrap feels soft and the jelly starts to sizzle.
  9. Let it sit for 30 seconds until the internal heat equalizes and the aromas waft up.
  10. Check the texture. The wrap should be pillowy to the touch, not firm.
