Ingredients:
- 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (300g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
Instructions:
- Line an 8-inch (20-cm) square pan with parchment paper, ensuring there is an overhang on two sides to create a sling.
- Combine the peanut butter and butter in a large microwave-safe glass bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat in 30-second intervals until the mixture is completely melted and glossy.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Microwave the mixture for another 30 to 60 seconds until uniform in color and temperature, then stir vigorously until velvety.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Lift the parchment sling and slice into 18 small squares using a sharp knife.
