Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds (about 115g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (5g)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rinse pumpkin seeds in cold water and remove any stringy bits. Pat the seeds dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the seeds with olive oil and sea salt, and any additional spices you want to use.
  4. Evenly spread the seasoned seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (for easy cleanup).
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the seeds are golden brown and crunchy.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
