  • 1 tablespoon (15g) onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon (5g) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) lemon zest (dried or fresh)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried basil, paprika, and lemon zest.
  2. Use a whisk or fork to mix the ingredients thoroughly until the blend is even in color and texture.
  3. Transfer the seasoning blend to an air-tight container for storage. Label the container with the date.
  4. When ready to use, sprinkle the desired amount onto your fish fillets, rubbing it gently into the flesh.
