Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh seedless grapes (red or green)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Crushed nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Rinse and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove stems if necessary.
- Place the non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil.
- Once the butter melts and starts bubbling, add grapes to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, gently tossing, until grapes are warmed through and slightly softened but not mushy.
- In a small bowl, combine honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
- Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the honey mixture over the warm grapes. Toss gently to coat. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint and crushed nuts if desired.
