Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Crushed nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry the grapes thoroughly. Remove stems if necessary.
  2. Place the non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and olive oil.
  3. Once the butter melts and starts bubbling, add grapes to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, gently tossing, until grapes are warmed through and slightly softened but not mushy.
  4. In a small bowl, combine honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the honey mixture over the warm grapes. Toss gently to coat. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh mint and crushed nuts if desired.
