- 1 cup (100g) pizza sauce
- 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil, pepperoni, or vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, onions)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and place baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Create a well in the center; add olive oil and warm water.
- Mix until a dough forms; knead on a floured surface for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Divide dough into two portions. Roll each portion into a desired thickness (1/4-inch recommended).
- Transfer rolled dough onto parchment paper or floured baking sheet/pizza stone.
- Spread pizza sauce, sprinkle cheese, and arrange desired toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
