Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) bourbon or rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Orange twist (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Chill the Glass by placing the serving glass in the freezer or filling it with ice water while prepping.
- Combine Ingredients in a cocktail shaker: add bourbon or rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, coffee liqueur, and orange bitters.
- Add Ice to the shaker, filling it with ice cubes to about halfway.
- Shake Well by securing the shaker lid and shaking vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain the Cocktail into the prepared glass after removing it from the freezer or emptying the ice water.
- Garnish by expressing an orange twist over the drink and dropping it into the glass. Serve immediately!
